I've designed EventPlan with plenty of features to help you manage your event business, allowing you to reclaim the time you waste on admin to allow you to deliver 5-star weddings.

Bookings
I've designed the system to be easy and functional, with the ability to quickly see the status of bookings and any actions required.
From the moment a client submits a quote request to the last dance you can relax knowing that you have all the details you need and available at the press of a button.
Accounts
Keep a track of your expenditure so when the (last minute) tax reminders come through in January it's only a few clicks to generate your accounts.
Although there's no need to leave it so late as you can run the report as soon as you've finished inputting all of the previous tax years income and expenditure.
Emails
EventPlan is designed to streamline your quote responses so that you can do these from anywhere and sticking to your standard text as required.
With your templates created, EventPlan will follow through your templates to nudge the client until they're ready to book without you having to lift a finger.
You're not just limited to emails either! I've integrated EventPlan to use WhatsApp too, making it even easier to keep in touch with your couples using the platform that works best for them.
You can use WhatsApp for managing the enquiry process as well as keeping in touch with your coulples.
Wedding Fairs
If you're attending wedding fairs, EventPlan gives you the tool to follow-up on the couples that filled in your form. This is a quick and easy way to ensure you're not forgotten about after the wedding fair.
It's also a great way of tracking which couples you speak with go on to book you and which wedding fairs are the most effective for your business so you don't have to spend every Sunday attending every wedding fair.
Stats
I'm a great lover of stats and I know how important these are to running a successful wedding business. My system allows you to produce range of statistics to help you plan for the future, for example by understanding where your enquiries are coming from.
I have a standard data set for you to use but you can also request customised versions to be added, which are usually free to add depending on the complexity.
Customisable
My system can match the style of your website and is always branded with your logo.
Depending on your domain registrar, you can even have the website address as a subdomain; if your website is www.djname.co.uk you could use www.planner.djname.co.uk.
Music Requests (for DJs)
Offer the facility for your clients and their guests to add music requests online in advance, which can help you get an idea on the type of music they will enjoy. Your clients can put these into different lists, including a 'do not play' so you know the ones to avoid too.
Behind the scenes you can set which songs are already in your collection so you know if any requests need to be purchased.
GDPR Compliance
EventPlan is stored on secure UK servers. The connection between you and my servers is on a secure SSL connection.
One of the first lines of defence is your passwords; these must be secure and that is why the system asks for your passwords to contain a minimum criteria.
The system only stores personal information for clients that are essential for your bookings to ensure you comply with relevant legistlation. For prospective clients who don't book, there's an easy way for you to remove their details while keeping a log of all enquiries received.
